Job title: Installation manager
Reports to: Store management

JOB STATEMENT
We are currently looking for positive attitudes with a customer service, sales, and installation background in a fast paced environment.
Installation manager should be a personable, pleasant, courteous person with good customer service skills with emphasis on follow-up and desire to achieve a high level of satisfaction from their customers. Organizational, time management and quality control are essential. Must have a good working knowledge of installations and be able to install. Manages the workload, prioritizes tasks, manages information and communicates relevant info to managers and customers in a timely manner. Keeps shop on pace with scheduling, keeps shop scheduled at or near capacity, is organized enough to complete all tasks required, including other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum 2 years in a single position of customer service/installation preferred. No job hoppers. General mathematical skills are essential.

Scheduling:
Coordinate with office on Schedules
Verify parts are here day before installation.
Pulls work orders and parts for appointments. Checks work orders for completeness.
Greets customers and explains what we’ll do, approximately how long it will take, do they have any special requests.
Follows procedures: preinstall inspection of vehicle with customer, note any damage/existing problems.
Pulls vehicle around and covers job with installer, incl. Any special requests, help installer check lights and turn signals work, hang keys,
Follows schedule board to insure installs are running on schedule.
Verifies EVERY job was double-checked and documented.
Makes sure item works correctly before vehicle is pulled out.
Has installer deliver vehicle, show customer how part works, explain warranty, give them appropriate literature, escort them to checkout, recommending add on items.
Keeps customers out of the shop unless the installer needs them.

Miscellaneous:
Take b-4/ after pictures of vehicles. Update album/ send to Web site
Make follow up calls 2-3 days after installs on anything requiring 1 hour of labor or more to verify and maintain customer satisfaction.
Warranty A.R.E. units have reimbursement forms completed and given to mgt.
Monthly shop inventory
Installs easy parts if needed
Sells parts when not busy

Maintenance:
Shop tools inventoried and maintained daily
Keep maintenance schedule on vehicles, lift, etc.
Change oil in company truck every 3000 miles. Rotate tires every 5000 miles
Schedule cleaning assignments, incl.
Keep lots clear
Be sure tops are clamped
Be sure lot lights are working
Check fence line and perimeters

Job title: Installation Tech

Installation tech with 12 volt experience, we want someone with experience in installing products on and inside of vehicles, that can think on his feet and problem solve. We will train in our applications. Must be able to read directions and ask questions if needed. Neat, organized, honest, good communication skills, works well with others, high value for customer satisfaction and pride is his work, room for advancement for the right person, many benefits, flexible schedule, join our team! Pay scale by experience (hourly plus commission). Must have current valid Florida drivers license, and be able to drive our customer's expensive vehicles with care.
